1. The service and its operator
Netflaix is operated by OSIAX S.R.L., VAT number 03095520999. Contact hello@netflaix.net for support, complaints, withdrawal or content reports. These terms govern creating, funding and watching movies on Netflaix.
You must be an adult with capacity to enter the contract to buy Gas or create projects, or act for an organisation that has authorised you. Protect access to your browser and wallet. Contact us if you lose access or suspect unauthorised use.
2. From your story to your movie
Initial story development is free. Choose a runtime from 1 to 180 minutes, review the trailer project, dialogue and images, and approve production. Trailers are approximately 30–60 seconds; the edit may vary to suit the scenes.
The trailer and full movie have separate budgets. Full funding opens the movie studio, where you write, generate and edit scenes, review images and authorise filming. After publication, you can create another version of the same movie, with a different runtime, using the existing trailer. The previous movie remains available until you approve and publish its replacement. Publication of the final cut requires your approval. Displayed completion times are estimates affected by project length, provider queues and revisions.
3. The author owns the movie and its rights
You retain intellectual property rights in the text, scripts, characters and other materials you own. As between you and OSIAX S.R.L., the trailer, movie and other results created for your project belong to you to the extent permitted by law. OSIAX S.R.L. assigns to you any transferable economic rights it may acquire in those results and does not claim ownership of your movie.
You may download, distribute and commercially use your movie, subject to third-party rights and licences covering materials you supplied. Funding another creator’s movie does not grant equity, royalties, copyright or editorial control, unless you make a separate agreement with that author.
Copyright protection depends on applicable legal requirements, including human creative contribution. Using AI does not guarantee that every generated element is protected or exclusive; others may obtain similar elements. Moral rights and third-party rights in likenesses, voices, trademarks, music and pre-existing materials remain unaffected.
4. The permission Netflaix needs
You grant OSIAX S.R.L. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, processing, reproducing, technically adapting and transmitting materials to carry out your requests and make approved versions available. We may involve necessary technical providers, including outside Italy, as described in the privacy notice.
Approving publication allows your movie or trailer, poster and creator name to appear on the website, in its catalogue and through sharing links. This licence does not transfer ownership or authorise separate external advertising campaigns or training our own models. Request removal by contacting us; copies required by law and the technical removal period remain. We cannot withdraw copies others already downloaded or shared.
5. Prices, Gas and funding
100 Gas equals €1. Your quote and payment amount appear before confirmation. Gas is credit for use on Netflaix, not cryptocurrency, an investment, equity or a promise of returns.
Trailer payment does not count toward the full movie’s funding percentage. Fund your own movie or support another author; credit beyond a funding target stays in your wallet. Manual edits are free. Extra generations use the Gas shown before you request them; automatic replacement takes stay within the included budget.
Stripe processes payments. A saved card may be used for top-ups you authorise through the platform; this is not a subscription. Credit is added after payment confirmation. For payment issues, contact us with the payment reference, without sending complete card details.
If a creator cancels fundraising before its target is reached, reserved movie Gas is returned to supporters. The already-produced trailer remains a separate service. Funding does not promise commercial success or a guaranteed release date.
6. Withdrawal, problems and refunds
If you buy as a consumer, you keep your mandatory statutory rights, including a 14-day withdrawal period where applicable and remedies for digital content or services that do not conform to the contract. Buying Gas or accepting these terms does not, by itself, waive those rights.
Exceptions relating to performance of services or immediate supply of digital content apply only when all legal requirements are met, including any required express consent. We do not assume an automatic waiver merely because Gas has been spent.
To withdraw or report a defect, email hello@netflaix.net with your name, purchase email, order reference and date, and your request. No special wording is required. You may write: “I withdraw from the contract for order [reference], purchased on [date], in the name of [name], email [email].” Monetary refunds that are due are made to the original payment method within the statutory deadlines. Gas credit does not replace a legally required monetary refund.
7. Uploaded materials and acceptable use
You must hold the necessary rights and permissions for text, images, music, voices and real-person references you use. Depicting children requires appropriate permission from a parent or guardian and respect for the child’s rights. Do not publish confidential information or material you are not authorised to share.
Illegal content, copyright infringement, fraud, deceptive impersonation, abuse and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. Do not circumvent controls, compromise other accounts or overload the service. Report violations to hello@netflaix.net, including the link, a description and supporting information.
8. Quality, access and availability
AI may produce visual errors, inaccurate dialogue or continuity problems. Review tools and reference images help correct them; check the result before approval. Additional takes and revisions follow the quote and available Gas, without limiting statutory remedies for non-conforming services.
Use an updated browser and an internet connection. Movies are supplied as video files playable with compatible software. Download final versions: maintenance, provider issues or removal requests can affect online availability. Material changes affecting a purchased service remain subject to applicable notice obligations and remedies.
9. Suspension, liability and applicable law
We may restrict access or remove content for breaches of these terms, actual security risks or legal obligations. Where possible we explain the reason and allow you to contest the decision. Suspension does not remove accrued rights in your content or refunds that are due.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including wilful misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights. Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Consumer disputes remain subject to the jurisdiction required for their protection. Changes to these terms are dated and communicated where required for existing contracts.
